means that they more likely to
not have the same opportunities to earn as most other people.
In order to be able to participate as fully contributing
citizens, people need the opportunity keep up with:
- the basics of home
maintenance and repair, (including changes
to your home that make it more accessible and usable)
- securing and maintaining available,
reliable, and accessible transportation
- acquiring devices
and technology that enable people to live, learn, and
develop skills that allow them to make a difference in
their own lives and the lives of others

and goals of citizenship and membership in their communities.
