• the basics of home maintenance and repair, (including changes to your home that make it more accessible and usable)
• securing and maintaining available, reliable, and accessible transportation
• acquiring devices and technology that enable people to live, learn, and develop skills that allow them to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others
