Carolyn Morgan is a Life Force. She is an Advocate, a visionary, an inspiration and a great friend. Carolyn lives in Philadelphia, PA where she is active in pursuing her own life, and in moving systems and services forward toward a greater capacity to respond to people with diabilities in ways that maintain dignity, while providing the supports people need in ways that allow them to stay in control of their own lives.

Carolyn has been a longstanding advocate with Speaking for Ourselves. She is the Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Self-Determination Project, and provides a voice for people with disabilities on the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Planning Advisory Committee (PAC).
