Stuart
Carroll is
a professor of Elementary and Early Childhood Education at
The College of New
Jersey.
He
is originally from Winnipeg, Canada, where he was an elementary
school teacher, and spent many years in
Israel teaching English as a Foreign Language to elementary,
secondary, and college students. Stuart
came to the United States to do his doctorate at Syracuse
University, in a program that prepared teachers for inclusive
classrooms.
Since coming to the Trenton area he has worked to promote
the goal of inclusion at his College and in New Jersey classrooms.
