Since Neighbours Inc. began in New Jersey in 1995, we have continued to grow. We have chosen to grow by creating new organizations to do new things in different places. Each of our organizations remain small enough to stay focused on the individual lives of the people we support.

Neighbours Inc. (NJ) now individually supports more than 30 people throughout New Jersey. We assist people with establishing housing, staffing, jobs, budget management, and community connections.

Our Associations for Independent Support Brokers provide recruitment, matching, training, mentoring, and technical assistance for support brokers in:

• Philadelphia, PA
• Delaware County, PA
• Bucks County, PA

Neighbours Inc. Affiliated Support Brokers are associates of Neighbours Inc. who provide support broker services in central New Jersey.

Our Fiscal Agent services assist people who are creating an individual support system in setting up and administering an accounting system that meets the requirements of government funding sources while maintaining flexibility for indvidual choice. We currently are providing these services in:

• Delaware County, PA
• Bucks County, PA.

We can provide technical assistance to organizations that are looking to develop individualized supports for people with disabilities. We can share the expertise and experience of our people through Consulting and Training, and Publications that we have developed.
