Our Philosophy

We believe in the guiding principles of self-determination. People are not to be managed and are not supposed to fit neatly into some package. We are all individuals looking to carve out some type of life in this world.

Too often people with disabilities are not allowed to take responsibility for themselves. They do not have the same opportunities to grow, learn, make mistakes and create the life they want. Everyone has a right to control his or her own lifeÕs journey. Everyone has the right to be a full member of the community regardless of race, ethnic background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or DISABILITY.

No one should be left behind.
